...making of a kilt. Im Dan from Sweden and last year I started to wear a kilt from time to time.
First a bought a simple one, but didn´t like the quality of it. So when a friend told me too make my own kilt, if I was so cranky about the quality. I made a traditional kilt, but never got fond of the sporran idea.

So I tweaked it, into a more modern type with handpockets.
Sofar Im into prototype 4, think I found a design I like and its comfortable too wear.

Im here to get inspired by you.

Well met Dan. We are a "visual" group of folks and like to study photos with a description of the construction. I think I understand the concept of your kilt. It may also appeal to other members for daily use while they keep a traditional kilt for other events. Welcome to the group and hope to read your response soon.

Im mostly active in FB-groups and type from my ipad, so I need to find good place that hosts pictures for free.

Then I´ll post some picture and the progress of my work.
