More DIY sporran adventures
Here is the second sporran I attempted... Deerskin and reclaimed briefcase leather.

What a handsome daytime sporran. Any way that you could post larger photos of it, front and back?

Nicely done. Patterned or online inspired?

I designed these myself just messing about with stuff. Details just evolve from whatever hits me at the time.
Still working out how to handle the metal bits. I do take inspiration from old pictures and the like.
The first one I posted looks a little Edwardian to me. These are the first sporrans (or leatherwork for that matter )that I have ever attempted. I'm sure I'll learn as I go along.
Cheers,

Really nice sporrans. Thank you for uploading the larger photos, it helps show off your handy work.
Like you, I too favor the Victorian-Edwardian feel. That hunting style sporran in the lower right corner is a Jim Dandy as well!
