My First Kilt!!!

Hello all,

My Name is Bert and Just received my first kilt/accessories in the mail today.

Still water Kilts: Irish National Tartan Economy kilt, basic black sporran, socks and flashes. (wish i would have bought a nicer sporran).
Awesome kilt, I did not expect for the price I paid, for it to be this nice. (not that i have a whole lot of knowledge) but it seems very well built.

This Kilt was going to be for events:St. Patrick's day, Renascence Fair and things like that......But after wearing it around today, I know this will not only be just for special events.

I Live in Michigan and have a true american hodgepodge of a background (Scottish, Irish, German and I am sure there will be more if i continue farther back).

I have learned a lot for this site in the last couple of days and look forward to having some fun in a kilt.

This is total hypocrisy on my part, BTW, as my own first kilt arrived a couple of days ago and I still haven't got round to taking photos yet...
