I have come to have an interest from joining another website that has a group in it featuring kilt wearers and ever since joining this group have been soaking up all the information I can. I plan to sew my first kilt as soon as the bone I broke in my right hand heals so can go without the splint! I only regret not having a kilt to wear this St. Patrick's day to the local pubs! lol Oh well -- next year!
I live in Omaha, NE which is in the pretty conservative middle of the USA but have seen a few kilts about town. I just retired as a security guard live alone and want to live life to the fullest till the dandelions decorate my space amongst the other gran it markers! I have a small but growing key wind and striking clocks that afford me many clocks but no time! lol I have so many interests that I regret that I only have one life to live! I took early retirement so I could get a running start on my bucket list.
