New from New Brunswick Canada
Hello all, Angela here from Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada.
Scottish by birth, I've had a love for the kilt from wearing my first one all the way to today.
I've been researching how to get into kiltmaking and doing bespoke work with tartan, hopefully I can find some information regarding this.
I come from a line of tailors and tailoress, all doing bespoke work by hand. I hope to follow in their footsteps to revive the craft of kiltmaking.

Welcome Angela,
You don't really have to revive the craft of kiltmaking as it is going strong.
If you would like to learn traditional kiltmaking may I suggest you take a look at "The Art of Kiltmaking" by Barbara Tewksbury. She is one of our advertisers and can be found on the right side banner.
