Just saying "hi." I'm an American, full-blooded Maxwell on my mother's side. As a tyke, wore kilts & the rest of the kit (instead of suits) for all formal occasions, even Christmas dinner. Started up again when I co-invented a programming language for woven matrices called "Tartan" and wanted to wear the part to trade shows, etc. Rediscovered the comfort, utility, and freedom and I'm never going back to trousers. I also enjoy the undertones of cultural protest of wearing the tartans, even in the US, and I'm never at a loss for a conversation starter.
