Hello from Wisconsin. I am new to the kilt world. I got my first kilt this summer. I was searching for information and stumbled on the X-kilt plans. The plans turned me onto this site. It also said he hadn’t seen an x-kilt in corduroy, which I took as a challenge. Finished it a couple of days ago and made a new kilt belt. It has been an interesting adventure so far and I am anxious to learn more. This forum looks like a great place to learn and exchange ideas.
By the way, I am not only new to this forum, but to any forum. I am retired and not exactly of the forum generations so I apologize if my posts are a bit clumsy.
