New Year picture
Hi - I am completely new to this but wondered if anyone can help me.
I was in the Cavens Arms at Hogmanay in Dumfries and a picture was taken of all the men in their kilts. I wondered if anyone knows where I can see/find this picture?
My boyfriend was one of the kilted few and I have never been able to find it.
Thanks
Lee

Hi Lee,
Welcome to XMarks. Unless a member of this forum was at the Cravens Arms on that day, I very much doubt that the picture will appear here. I think your best bet is to contact the Cravens Arms and make enquiries with them. Although XMarkers are spread widely, we are also spread thinly and although we try, we can't be everywhere. Good luck with your search.
Regards
Chas

Try contacting Pour1malt. He lives in Dumphries and is the instigator of many of the pub crawls there. And from coastal North Carolina.

I can practically guarantee that Pour1Malt would have been in Cavens at some point on Hogmanay - it's always a stop on his pub crawls. (It also has excellent fish & chips.) Send him a private message to see if he can help you out.

Welcome to the forum. As has already been said, Pour1Malt would be your best bet to track the photo here.

from South Wales UK!
Alas I wasn't in Cavens until the pub crawl three weeks later Lee so as has been suggested, P1M might be worth a try.
