Newbie from Central Illinois

Hello all. I have been relatively new to the kilt community. I live in Pana IL and am looking for my 1st kilt. My clan tartan is MacLaren Modern. I wish I knew of any area shops that I could look at but there doesn't seem to be any near me.

We like to got to Renaissance Faires. Went to my 1st one last August and thought it was great!

I have been getting ready for our wedding this September at a castle near Champaign IL. Been doing a lot of buying the accessories for it. Pretty much anything for MacLaren clan name on it that would go with the Prince Charlie outfit that I will be renting from Celtic Croft. I like their idea of renting the outfit and then keeping the kilt. Eventually I will want to have a formal kilt.

Anyway I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello.
