Newbie kiltmaker and Scottish dancer
Greetings...
My name is Bonnie and I love kilts and all things Scottish (except haggis).
I'm a kiltmaker, apprenticed to wonderful Ann Stewart since Spring '06. I love making kilts and so far I've made about 40 and altered/repaired 9 or 10.
Another thing I love is Scottish dancing. I do Highland, Cape Breton and step dancing with the New York Celtic Dancers. We have a website: NYCdancers.org and have some clips on youtube. I also do Scottish Country dancing and Irish set dancing. It's so much fun!
Also I'm an artist, specializing in portraits in oil, pastel and graphite.
XMTS is such an amazing forum! I really enjoy it and learn so much.
Thanks!!
