Newbie in Minnesota
Hello,
I am preparing to make my first kilt. I've already gotten help and ideas from the forum members, which I greatly appreciate. I am a McPherson and live in Minnesota.

Welcome to the Rabble! If you're serious about making your first kilt, buy the book! (The Art Of Kiltmaking) And, if you don't mind a little innocuous advise, where it says to put in basting stitches, YOU DAMN WELL PUT IN THE DAMNED BASTING STITCHES! Just wanted to get that off my chest.
Scotland is only 1/5 the size of Montana, but Scotland has over 3,000 castles and Montana has none.
