Newbie in S.E. Wisconsin
Just wanted to say HI! I am a new member in Burlington Wis.
I have been wearing a kilt in one form or another for over ten years.
My fiance is just starting to accept my styling........
Any good advice on making it easier for her?
Thanks
Aonghus
p.s. I love her alot, She's just not as adventurous as I.

from Chicago. Have you taken her to the Highland Games up there (or down here)? Maybe she needs to see that you're not the only odd one around. Or maybe she's concerned about letting you loose in the kilt when there are other women around. She's afraid of the power of the kilt.

Hello and welcome from Savannah, GA.
Sorry, not much advice for you, I'm blessed with a wife who thinks I was born to wear a kilt, but I think McFarkus has a good idea there; get her around other kilted folks in a setting where it's celebrated and maybe she'll come around.
