Not so newbie post
Just wanted to stop by and say hello from Orange County, CA. I have been following the site for a while but haven't had a chance to really spend the time here that I have wanted to. I have been wearing the kilt for a couple of years now, starting with a Utilikilt, and have added a half dozen since then. My Scottish ancestry is Campbell, and my Welsh side is Williams, so maybe that answers the question I have as to why I enjoy being out of pants so much!
My wife and I are looking forward to the Scottish Festival being held at the Queen Mary Feb. 14th and 15th, it would be great to see any of you there.
There is a great band playing up on the top deck lounge called Sligo Rags.
Anyway...I hope to post as often as possible. Thanks xmarksthescot for the forum to do so. God Bless.

I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
