Och, Itsa Newb!
Greetings, All:
I'm presently dieting my way to sartorial de-bifurcation. My father has the full kilt kit already-- his father an immigrant to Canada from Glasgow-- but I've only been longing to take up my ancestral rights to the kiltish way of life.
The promise of said kilt (probably a contemporary or quicky-kilt, not the full rig yet) is part of my motivation-- that, and the demands of improved health.
To the best of my research ability, my family are descended from the Camerons via Donald "Taillear dubh na tuaighe" (Black Taylor of the [Lochaber] axe), and the MacInTaylors of Cowal & Bute.
