Older & bolder
Good morning all.
I'm off today so I thought I'd take a few minutes and join the conversation. I've been reading the forum for a little while and finally got around to ordering a kilt, two in fact. Both from the unbelievably helpful Rocky and Kelly at USA kilts. It was the next logical step after a family introduction to great kilts at my folks 50th wedding anniversary.
Can't wait to see Rocky's handiwork.

Welcome aboard Clan Ewan, with two kilts on order, you are really going in with both feet running, a truly great endeavour. You will find that they are both a fun experience. Cannot wait to hear all your tales of kilt wearing.
Again welcome to the board.

Welcome Sean, it's always nice to see "lurkers" take the plunge - we don't bite
Hope you love your kilt, I'm sure you will.

Sean, Welcome! Just be forewarned - remember to read the warning label on the kilt (printed in very small lettering): Kilt wearing is addictive and habit-forming!

I ordered a Victory in carhardt and a Philabeg in MacLeod Hunting. Lacking a local source for Ewan, we made great kilts out of the very similar MacLeod. Soon as I figure out how to post a picture, I'll put the McKewen clan up for the benefit of those of you who have strong stomachs.
Thanks for the support.

Great to have you on the forum.
You have already found some great info from the site.
Glad to see it has helped. No use in
warning you about the addiction problem your
already bitten!
