One of a kind in Payson Arizona
Hello everyone. Ive been wearing a kilt for almost a year, mainly for the Irish band I play guitar in. But alas, Payson is a cowboy town and I believe Im all alone when I walk about 'regimental'. I likely wont convert anyone but the ladies seem not to mind.
Anyway Im happy I found the forum and may be following advice on making a kilt myself. BTW, my avatar was taken at the Old Inverlochy Castle near Ft William. A terrific 3 week trip where I was first inspired to kilt wearing.

Welcome aboard. I'm not sure any of us lives in a place where to some extent we are not walking around the the beat of our own kilted drummer-but, hey, that's okay.

Maybe we can do a kilted night out. I am down in Fountain Hills. I was out hiking in the overlook behind the fountain today, kilted. Welcome. Also, there is a Burns dinner co-hosted by the Caledonian Society of Arizona and the Daughters of Scotia on Feb 3. You can get the info here: https://www.arizonascots.com
