A re-introduction
So not really new to the forum, but it’s been many, many years since I was active.
Basically, I gained a lot of weight, and none of my kilts fit, and I couldn’t bring myself to buy new ones.
Then a few years ago, I lost even more weight, and none of my kilts fit, and I guess I was just not in the frame of mind to start down the road again.
But then I spent a week in Edinburgh last month, and I thought what the hell. I’m getting a kilt.
I was measured up, and this past Friday, it finally arrived in the post. My excitement turned to disappointment as something clearly went wrong and even on the tightest holes, it falls right off. They have been very apologetic and it’s heading back tomorrow to get sorted. I will post pictures once it arrives.
It’s good to be back.

Welcome back. A great pity the kilt size was wrong - must have been a big disappointment! - but hopefully they'll get it right next time.

Well they have gotten my kilt back, and it should be sorted and back in my hands in 10 days time.
I'm not a fan of waiting.
