Saludos from México!
Well first of all hi everyone. My name is Alejandro, I'm 20 years old and recently got really into the idea of getting a kilt.
I have been doing some investigation about it and eventually found out that apparently the chances of getting a kilt in here are almost nule.
however i didnt gave up because of that. I came across the sportkilt site wich had some interesting products and they could send them to my country
So it would be very nice if you guys could help me out with some doubts:
1- are these kilts good for someone who is new?
2- should i get something else beside the kilt (accesories)?
thanks in advance and sorry if i made lots of spelling/grammar errors.

Welcome to the "Great Rabble!".
Although there are some who will encourage you to buy and wear one, the Sportkilt is a very long way from traditional and you might be better to save your $$ for a while.
Hang around here and absorb some of the discussions about what is best for the appearance you want to build. At very least you will want/need an appropriate sporran and most likely hose and flashes.
I strongly encourage you not to rush to buy your things - that can be pretty expensive if you later realize that some purchases have been mistakes, especially as your target "look" evolves.
Cheers!

Welcome from Southern California. I agree completely with Father Bill, don't rush into your purchase. Check out the discussions here, ask questions and THEN buy. You'll be much happier in the end.
