Seasons greetings from Hobbs New Mexico!
Greetings and salutations fellow members! Thank you for allowing me into this forum! I found this while searching for information on creating a great kilt. I own several utility and tactical kilts, but have not yet invested in one with a family tartan. I thought a great kilt would be a good place to start.
I am a lineal descendent of a Western Highland clan that goes back over 900 years. Descendent of King MacBeth, king of Scots. My mother's maiden name is McMillan. We have been farmers and cattlemen for as many generations as I can personally remember, but somewhere way back there, my people ruled! Go figure! :/
Anyhow, I'm here to try and absorb as much knowledge as I can, before I start chopping up a chunk of fabric I can't afford!
Again, thanks for allowing into the forum, I will try my best to behave!

Howdy neighbor! Artesia is a great little town! I still venture over that way every once in a while. La Fonda still has the best Mexican food in the territory!
I'm new to forums like this, and fairly lost, but I hope to become a contributing member, once I get this all figured out!
