Slainte, I am not new to the kilt having bought mine when I was 25, which was a few years back. Despite the Scottish heritage, I haven't had as much opportunity to wear the kilt as some here do. Or have as wide a wardrobe as Hamish. I do have quite a formal collection though since I am more likely to wear it to a formal highland gathering than on the street. Anyway, this is a fabulous resource for kilt stuff. Sure some of the info here is opinion, but it is good to get an opinion from knowledgable people. BTW, USA kilts is a great source having done business with them.

Hello and a warm from Boston, Massachusetts You may find more opportunity to be kilted. The kilt in various forms is really becoming quite popular in the U.S. My avatar shows the mode I and several other men appear in church every Sunday. This past Sunday there were more kilts than trousers on the men in attendance.
