Are you a cleric? If so I'd say, yes, you most certainly may wear your clerical collar with your kilt. Actually, you could wear a clerical collar with your kilt even if you weren't a cleric, but then why would you? By the way, welcome from Albany, NY. I have seen various clergy on this board over the years wearing the collar with the kilt. It looks quite nice actually.
