No Bill, I'm just mucking about, true Defenders of the Kilt would be those kiltmakers like Rocky, Bear, Chris and many others, along with champions of the kilt like Hamish.
I'm just a newcomer to the kilt who discovered it much too late in life.

I think Graham that we are trying to say that we respect your caring attitude and the encouragement you give to us all in word and in deed. I cannot speak for anyone else but I never thought to extend a blanket welcome as you did.
As for when you came to the kilt I believe there are a number of us here in that boat. But better late than never! Victory over trousers! Long live the kilt!
