What's cracking my kilted brethren, from NC?
Greetings all, I have been enthralled with my English, Irish, and Scottish heritage from as early as I can remember. The wonderful stories and photos shared with me by my mother and grandparents, of their fond memories of growing up in the "Old Country". My mother was a Kelly from Sussex, England, her father from Dublin, Ireland and her mother a McMahon from Glasgow, Scotland. My viking ancestors on my father's side were invaders from Norway and part of the Battle of Hastings in 1066. So, I'm a bit of a European hodge podge, so to speak. Thanks for having me, and I look forward to being part of your fine unbiforcated community.
