NOW LISTED ON EBAY Similar to my other postings, this Royal Regiment of Scotland kilt is simply too small. I purchased it via eBay in the UK and I've recently re-basted the pleats and pressed the entire kilt under the watchful eye of Barbara Tewksbury. If one is familiar with the measuring system for these types of kilts, then here's the label details: height: 170 cm waist: 84 cm breech: 100 cm Fabulous kilt and looks really smart now with the recent pressing!
