For sale - Skunk fur hunting sporran
SOLD
A hand made leather sporran with real skunk fur in the US only. Some countries have laws about importing furs and I do not want that to be an issue on delivering the sporran. I made two sporrans from a skunk pelt. I'm keeping one and decided to sell the other.
Pictures of making the sporran can be seen here:

The black leather is a black garment skin that I picked up that has the look, feel, and size of a goat hide.
The sporran is between 7.75 inches and 8 inches long and about 6.5 inches wide, not counting the fur.
The fur origin is the USA. I backed the skunk pelt with part of an upholstery cow hide, as skunk leather is thin and I want what I make to last. The fur is a little thinner on some of the edges, yet most of those areas are under tassels and these areas can be seen in the pictures.
The cantle design that I used is based on the old functional cantles, yet it is made with leather and closes with a buckle on the back. I put a pocket on the back of several of my sporrans, including this one, and have found it useful to me. I did sew my initials on the back of the sporran. The tassels are hand-braided leather with a bead on the end of each braid. The beads are held on by friction, not glued or sewn on.

Pics of the inside? Is it a useful daily wear sporran that will hold keys, wallet, etc?

The sporran is functional, it fits my longer then normal biker-style wallet, keys, and phone with room to spare. I designed the sporran like this so that I can fit more inside the sporran then I normally need.

Holding the DVD of Braveheart in the main pocket (it did not fit the best) and a few cards in the back pocket.

$100 or best offer. All offers will be considered. If the offer covers parts and shipping it is more likely to be accepted.
My hunting sporrans were designed to hold everything I would need. They are 1 inch wide, have a 6 inch semi-circular leather cantle, widen to 7 inches at the widest, and even have a back pocket. I added the pocket to the design as I wanted a simple place to keep money in the dealers tents at festivals while still having the option of putting everything back into the main pocket when needed.
I might consider a trade if you have something that I could use that you are wanting to trade.
Added 21 Jan 2017:
Yes it can accept a sporran strap, as shown in the pictures below. I normally use a braided leather strap and I could make a D to go with it if needed.
