Vintage tweed jacket and matching waistcoat

I am putting up for sale this vintage bespoke tweed jacket and waistcoat with real staghorn buttons that I recently got off a friend that bought it. The waistcoat fits me well (when the adjuster is fully tightened), but the jacket had too much in the belly/chest, so I am putting it up for sale (especially since getting a few other tweeds off eBay). 22" across the chest pit to pit, 15.5" across the back from shoulder/arm to shoulder/arm, 26" outside of arm from shoulder to cuff, 25" down the back from the base of the collar. I am a 38-40R and the overall fit is big on me. I would guess this is a 42R or so. $200 plus shipping.

That is a very handsome jacket and vest , I've always been fond of the brown based tweeds .

I have a similar vintage jacket that is actually labeled as a 42 R and it measures 21" from armpit to armpit , therefore I would guess this one is probably a 44 R given that it measures at 22" from armpit to armpit .

Just out of curiosity , what is your asking price ?
