A glowing review...
I wanted to let everyone know that I received my new USA Kilts traditional "Madonna/Esther" MacKenzie Dress tartan 8yard kilt yesterday!! It's an amazingly beautiful kilt, and I love it to pieces. I know that Madonna has to be loving her kilt that they made her as much as I love mine.
Kelly did such an amazing job on the kilt that she made for me! I couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship, quality, or service with the kilt that she made. The tartan is gorgeous, the pleats are amazing, and that poly/viscose is one heck of a fabric.
I wore it around yesterday afternoon at work, and last night. My friends and coworkers all commented that it was much nicer than the traditional wool 8-yard handsewn kilt that I rented for a wedding two weekends ago! (see pics in my album) How's that for a compliment!?!
The total time for the kilt from order to receiving was approx. one week! (The kilt actually arrived Saturday, but my dolt of a roommate forgot to tell me I could pick it up until yesterday at noon. ) This was including the fact that Kelly and Rocky were swamped with orders from the XMarks sale....amazing! Rocky really must have been beating the magic kilt making elves to get them to turn out kilts at that rate.
I highly recommend USA Kilts to anyone considering an affordable easy-care kilt. They're top notch in my book!
Unfortunately, I don't have any pics right now. I'll get them up as soon as I can. There ought to be at least one photoshopped pic of me hanging out with Madonna.

That's truely GREAT to hear!
I want a pic of you hitting the local Madonna Concert, and you sneaking on-stage with the dancers! Now THAT'S a picture for the gallery!
We can start-up a thread to get donations for your bail if necessary.

Rufus you name dropper, glad to hear that you and Madonna are becoming twins LOL. Bubba has a point that you might be invited on stage.
Graham I know that you are becoming the kilted master of Tasmania, how many kilts are you up to at this point?

Glen, neither Rufus or I will catch Hamish with name-dropping or kilt numbers, not a hope!
I have 5 now with my new USA kilt, but it's not what you have, but what you do with what you have that counts.
hey, that sounds rather good, I might quote myself there
One observation, the belt loops on my traditional will not accommodate a 'traditional' belt, the will only take a 1.5" belt.
It's not a big worry since I rarely wear the wider belts now, but just a thought.

I ordered mine with 3" belt loops for that reason. I figured i would probaly not wear a lager belt to often but one day i might and might as well go with it.

Heck, you'd have to start taking donations for me to get into the concert. At $250 a ticket, I'd rather just have a new kilt!
