Why do you say ultra casual? Why not relaxed or just casual . When t shirts are now standard wear why should they not be worn with the kilt as normal? Wearing the kilt doesn,t mean you have to dress formally with tie kilt jacket etc and failing to do so does not mean you are under dressed either. Long gone are the days when men dressed with tie and jacket casually so why is it different for men wearing the kilt? It nice to dress up but lets face it you dress to the conditions and most of the time life is not all that formal for most of us esp in the States and in Australia(and truth be told the UK as well). You are wearing typical summmer look and its good to see.
