SWK Leatherneck pleats - Pic please?
Can somebody show me what the back of the SWK Leatherneck looks like? I guess it's pleated to the sett, but I was just curious.
Thanks!

Best I've got.

You can see the pleats on the Thrifty model is set to the stripe. Can't comment on the other models.

According to the website, the standard Leatherneck is pleated to the sett.
"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

Hmm.. So on the Thrifty - to the stripe.. On the STD as per the website - to the sett.
I guess I'll give Jerry a call, and await more pictures. I really like this tartan.

It is too bad that Jerry does not carry this in the heavyweight any longer. He used to offer two different pleatings for the heavy weights. One to the sett and one to the stripe in a military box pleat (the one I own). Both were very very nice for the money.

That would be awesome.
I may get Matt to make me a USAF kilt once I'm officially part of the USAF, and if I ever find the tartan. The only one I've found is the reserve tartan. That's another topic for another day though.

Isn't the rear view on this page the Leatherneck?

Also here. To the Stripe. It appears to be the right-hand yellow stripe. I like the way it looks regardless.
