Dates set - Kilt Kamp 2016

This is just the first announcement - Just so people have enough time to plan vacation times and start putting aside airfares and lodging .

We have been able to iron out schedules so have set the dates for Kilt Kamp 2016.

Start - 8:00am Friday the 5th of August 2016
Finish - 6:00pm Wednesday the 10th of August 2016

Kamp in 2016 will be in Victoria, BC Canada.

If you would like to express interest in Kilt Kamp please post to this thread with the course you would be interested in.

Currently expressing interest. Please understand that this list is only of those who wish to express an interest in attending Kamp.
This is not a list of registration, confirmation or of payment for Kamp.

We will begin filling spaces and accepting payments for Kamp some time this coming spring. We do start with the names on these lists, of course.

We are very sorry but we must move the dates of Kilt Kamp 2016 due to a conflict.

The new dates are -

Start - 8:00am Friday the 5th of August 2016
Finish - 6:00pm Wednesday the 10th of August 2016

Kilt Kamp is an annual intensive course on how to make a kilt. The Kamp is hosted by XMarks, and is taught by Barb Tewksbury (for traditional) and Steve Ashton (The Wizard of BC) (for contemporary). It alternates between the East Coast (New York) and the West Coast (Victoria, British Columbia). Starting in 2016, it will be six days long (previously 5 days). If you scroll through the forum, you will find several photo journals of the courses.
