A co-worker has a neighbor with a bunch of tartan material and is looking to have a kilt made. I'm not sure if they are willing to tackle the job on their own with some advice from the experts here, or are looking just to have someone make it for them. I've told them to browse the site here, and told them about Barb's book, but wanted to ask on their behalf to see if anyone from the area might be able and willing to help. We are actually in Puyallup. Mike
SheScot has been doing some work. You might shoot her a message. Beyond that, Neokilts is down south. They do both traditional and non-traditional.
