Anybody have a Isle of Skye or Weathered Scott kilt from USA Kilts?

I can't seem to decide between the two PV tartans. Does anybody have an Isle of Skye or Weathered Scott PV kilt from USA Kilts? I'd love to see a picture, see the tartan "full size".

    Thanks!

    K.

I own neither but to be honest I'd lean toward the Isle of Skye tartan. The Scott Weathered is a very fine tartan...but IOS is so stellar! It's up there with Holyrood, IMHO.

Actually, Holyrood is also on the short list of possible choices. I have seen pictures of that one in kilt form though.

I believe Riverkilt has a Weathered Scott, you may want to shoot him a PM.

Here is my husband in his Isle of Skye kilt, with the hose I made for him. It is indeed a beautiful tartan, especially for people whose complexions are complimented by cool colors.

Here's my photobucket page for USA Kilts Isle of Skye in Casual. You can see is a smaller size tartan than the wool tartans. I have both, love the tartan so much. Wool for fancy. Casual for knockaround.

I have both in Casuals pleated to sett. They both are great looking. I laid them out side by side and can't pick over the other as best looking. I pick one over the other based on the clean shirts and hose I have that go with them.
The IOS is in greens and purples and the SW is in autumn shades of reds, browns, greys, and yellows with a bolder white stripe. The Scott Weathered does go with more other colors in my eyes. And the Isle of Skye is a more subdued look where I think some of my patterned shirts are less likely to create an "optical confusion" situation.

Pants is only a present tense verb here. I once panted, but it's all cool now.
