Great product, SUPER Service
So, this past weekend, I contacted Rocky for an urgent need. I found out my supervisor's birthday was coming up in less than a weeks' time, and a few of us were scrambling to find her a nice present. The idea of a nice tartan shawl popped into my head, and I emailed Rocky to see if he had any Hamilton tartan in stock. Despite it being his day off, Rocky replied within hours, letting me know that the wool tartan will not be available in time, but the PV cloth was in stock, and can expedite the order for me if necessary.
After spending 2 days playing phone tag with my coworkers, we finally decided to go with the PV Shawl from USA Kilts, and I made the order late night Monday, and chased my order with an email to Rocky, letting him know that I needed the Shawl for a party on Friday.
What ended up happening? Rocky and his gang busted their chops, and I got a shipping confirmation email from USA Kilts Tuesday morning, only 2-hours after Rocky personally replied to my desperate email from the night before . By Wednesday, I got a USPS delivery attempt (don't know why the management office didn't sign for it like they usually do), and finally received the package on Thursday - just in time for me to get it repackaged, gift wrapped, and all prettied up for Friday's party
Rocky and his crew continues to amaze me with their top notch customer service, going the extra miles to help customers in need. That is the reason why I keep going back to them for any of my kilted needs.
Oh, and needless to say, the shawl was just perfect!
P.S. - I don't know why the pic is upside down, and I can't fix it… but the shawl looks the same from either direction ;-)
