"It has now shipped and should be with you shortly..."
I just received my tracking number! I am looking forward to seeing my new 5 yard wool kilt in a Thompson Dress tartan. I guess it's time to break out the leather tools to try and make a day sporran.
I just hope it doesn't get delayed getting to NC by Matthew.

Since Hurricane Matthew is reportedly headed towards North Carolina and packing wind speeds in excess of 148 mph, maybe it will create a tailwind and get your kilt to you sooner than you expected.

Thank you USAKilts
I love it. Thanks to everyone at USA Kilts for their exceptional customer service and this wonderfully made garment.
(These are my "hurry up and put it on" pictures, so I didn't tie my boots or fix the waist when I tucked in my shirt.)

Jock has pointed out an important accessory with your kilt. If these had been my photos, the shipping container would have been prominent in the foreground. Tied boot laces would have been last on my "to do" list also.

Those pictures were taken five minutes after I got home from work Friday. I thought I was smiling until I saw the pictures. I guess it takes longer than I thought for the effects of my work week to wear off.
I'll definitely post some proper pics soon!

Any poor soul that can't smile after getting home at the end of the work week would indeed have the face in your photo. Those of us that don't suffer that plight offer our sympathy. May your kilted adventures provide many moments of laughter and joy as a consolation.

Nice looking kilt Fatstrat. I love the tartan. I have a few Thompsons in my my background, and prefer this to the tan Thompson tartan.
BTW, I'm a Telecaster sort myself. ;)
