    New Tara Casual

I made the mistake of stopping at USA Kilt's new store on the way home from the Phoenixville Celtic Street Fair. Rocky, damn him, had a gorgeous Tara casual in my size just hanging on the rack, calling my name.

I made the second mistake of trying it on. It now has a place in my kilt closet at home.

As always, the quality and materials are top notch.

Stop me before I kilt again!

    Yeah, Rocky sux...

He special ordered me a doublet that isn't even detailed on their website. And the kilt he made me fits perfectly. How he and Kelly manage to stay in business is beyond me...

I wish I had your problem...online purchases allow me to exercise some restraint. If I actually was able to GO to a shop (especially Rocky's), I'd have several kilts already. Or at least, variations on the same tartan

Same thing happened to me. When I first visited Rocky's store I had been just planning on looking at some tartans and placing an order. Kellly sized me up, pulled one of the rack and it was hard to say no.

I ordered a traditional 8 yarder from him last year and have been pleased with it, both the quality and the general look of the kilt. Actually got a compliment from a genuine scottsman at a piping gig earlier this year specifically about the kilt.

Never heard of anyone yet going to Rocky and getting let down. I'm tossing around the idea of a casual now.

I'm very pleased with the tweed kilt that Rocky built for me a couple of years ago. Everytime I've called the store with a question or inquiry all of the staff has been amazingly helpful and curtious.

well, here is a pic of of MY USA Kilt semi casual in .... drumroll.... Tara! (AKA Murphy) I just got it a few weeks ago and I gotta tell ya' -- it's basically perfect.

This is a beautiful kilt and is flawlessly made. So, in absence of the OP's USA Kilts Tara casual pics, accept pics of my USAK semi trad Tara.

Sorry, I'm REALLY bad with getting my picture taken, kilted or not. 21 years in law enforcement has taught me that the camera is not always your friend.

If I break down I'll post some.
