On Monday I sent an email to Rocky with my size requesting an off the rack kilt. He said he had one in stock and would send it out the following day. It made it in from PA to Houston via priority mail today and fits exactly the way I wanted. As Rocky says. measure exact per instructions and it fits exact. Both I and the wife love it. It is of very high quality and the Velcro just works. You could add buckles if it bothers you but what I got is great. I may even keep the patch.

Here is another pic at the Texas Ren Fest opening weekend. It poured down rain and everyone was soaked to the bone but the kilt looked splendid. I really like the Velcro "micro adjust" fitting. It will easily adjust an inch or two to accommodate a hearty repast or the loss of a few pounds. I could not be happier with my purchase!
