quick response
Just wanted to take a minute to give Rocky a "thank you" for his quick response to a question I emailed to him! I usually judge online stores by their response times for questions and Rocky got back to me within 24 hrs with a good explanation to my question. If this is the response I get with just a question, I will be ordering my next kilt from him soon!

Rocky is very thorough and indeed is very concerned with his customers getting the best. I order an braemer jacket and waistcoat from him. He followed this up not once but twice. First to nsure that I'd measured correctly (I didn't) and if i was sure of he colour I ordered (consider that it can be quite deceiving ordering colour by what is seen on my monitor). Many thanks to Rocky for making me an important customer.

Grant, that is exactely the impression that I got from Rocky! It is really a pleasure to know that you are dealing with someone who cares about his customers!

I realize that we are admiring Rocky and USAKiilts but I have also had the same service from Steve at Freedom Kilts, Robert at RKilts and Pete at Canadian Casual Kilts. Admittedly I hoist pints with the latter two*.
*Okay, who's jealous that I include TWO fine kilt makers as my drinkin' buddies ?

Let's face it people, we have a great group of advertisers here! I think the lower performers get chased off, and the better performers just keep getting better.
Here we talk about SWK speed and not warp speed!

James, good point. I just wanted to point out my experience with Rocky so far. In my business (construction), there are so many that promise all and dont deliver, when I contact someone and they follow up fast, I feel they need a shout out. Admittedly, I did not query anyone else, but my question was product specific to Rocky about his packages. As I said, when I get quick and good service, I like to tell others about it!
