I just wanted to let everyone know that Rocky saved my bacon this week. I ordered some hose/flashes a few weeks ago from a store in Scotland, and due to shipping problems, they haven't come yet. Problem is, I need them for a wedding this Saturday. So, I called up Rocky, and he was nice enough to go out of his way and do a special two-day shipping for me, also sending me some swatches to check out different tartans. He also trusted me to mail a check to him for the correct amount (which got sent last night Rocky.) Good customer service is hard to come by these days, which makes me appreciate Rocky and USA Kilt's outstanding customer service even more. I can wholeheartedly recommend USA Kilts to everyone out there considering making purchases. Rufus

I agree!!!!! I've got my 3rd kilt on the way and USAKilts have become my 'go to'. Would probably have more on the way if 'mama' would unlock the sporron more! Cheers for Rocky and pass the glass! RLJ-
Aw shucks... I just did what I'd want any company I dealt with to do for me. I hope you have a great time at your wedding Ruf. Richard... I made your kilt yesterday and it's going out today. How's that for fast? I really appreciate all the positive feedback from everyone on this board. THIS is what makes my job worth doing (aside from the fact that I have beer in the fridge at the shop, get to listen to my own music and wear a kilt all day every day...).

I have to agree with everyone and say that Rocky is the best. I was looking for my first kilt, and I emailed a few casual kiltmakers. Rocky was the only person who answered my emails within a couple days and addressed all of my questions in a straightforward manner. I don't want to come off like I'm badmouthing anyone, but one kiltmaker didn't bother to answer any of my questions at all, and another took two weeks to reply. By that time, I'd already ordered from USAKilts. All this to say that simple things like answering a person’s questions make it easy to decide who you want to do business with. I love my first USAKilt, and have succumbed to addiction and ordered another! Steve
I too had some quesions for Rocky a while back. He answered really promptly. I'm glad to hear all these positive comments, cause when I get the coin together I will be ordering a USA Kilt. Just not sure which tartan yet. David
