    Rocky's Closet Cleaning Sale

It's that time again... time for a reality check for yours truly and a few good deals for the rest of the brethren. I've gone through my closet and found kilts that I either don't wear much or don't fit me and I'm putting them up here to help clear them out. If anyone is interested, give us a call at the shop and we'll take an order over the phone. 610.948.4110. These are a First Come, First Served basis with no returns...

38 X 42 X 22 Tan Freedom Kilt (circa 2004) which has been worn several times, but is in remarkably good shape (as I outgrew it in 2008). It has 2 slash pockets, 2 back (cargo) pockets and 2 side cargo pockets. Napkins in slash pockets to show them better - $100 (plus shipping)

40.5 X 44 X 24 (will fit 39 to 42 Waist) Glen Tilt (looks like tweed, but is worsted wool) Reverse kingussie pleated 7 yard kilt AND Matching Flashes. - $200 plus shipping (Jacket is SOLD)

OPTIONAL for sale is the Muted Red vest in 44 reg. - $40 plus shipping

Seen here worn by Rocky in 2009.

Remember, these are first come, first served. Once it's gone, it's gone.

That German Heritage is teasing me, I've been planning to order a casual German from USAK and I need a black tie coat that I'm not at risk of blowing the arms out of... maybe I can get some lotto scratch games and win a couple hundred bucks.

Just out of curiosity, how is the German Tartan pleated?

That one is to the Sett. It's served me very well, it's just a wee bit too small now. I'm going to take the money from that one and buy cloth to make myself another in my *heh hemm* current size.

    Rocky,
Is the utility kilt measured at the belt line? Is the German Heritage Measured like a normal traditional kilt( navel level or true waist? If so and they are not gone I think they will work for me---
    Thanks Lance Dahl

The Glen Tilt is still available (kilt and jacket and nice red vest). Price still holds true... $400 plus shipping.

The Freedom Kilt is still available as well. Measure yourself around the belly (below the belly button) where you're going to wear the kilt. That's where it would be 38".

    The German Heritage is sold.

I love the Glen Tilt jacket, not sure I would ever wear the vest or kilt but I can understand Rocky not wanting to break up the set. On the other hand if another of the rabble was interested in the kilt and vest we might have the beginning of a deal. I would go half of the asking price for the jacket alone. Anyone?

Damn! I've always admired that Glen Tilt set. It's a bit too big for me.

    Happy hunting, rabble!

The JACKET is sold, so the Glen Tilt Tweed kilt is still on the chopping block for $200 plus shipping.
