USA Kilts has started to carry tartan neckties (clans, Irish counties, universal tartans, etc). While we don't necessarily recommend pairing them with a kilt, we DO think they're a great way to show off your tartan when wearing a suit. With Father's day fast approaching, we're offering them at 25% off, now through June 20. http://www.usakilts.com/kilt-accesso...s-bowties.html

Rocky, Is there any consideration to add American Heritage tartan for the ties/bowties in the future? I think it'd look sweet!

Sorry... duplicate post.
Rocky, Any plans to sell Bowties (real - self tie) in Tartan?
Unfortunately, no. The call for them is far too low (heck, we don't even get questions about "pre tied" bowties either). For the foreseeable future, it will just be neckties. That being said, if you get a group (minimum 12) together who all want the same tartan in a self tied bowtie, we can make it happen!
What is the surcharge on some tartans? I was looking at two that are both marked surcharge, but I couldn't find anything on the site about it. I even tried to go almost through an order and still saw no surcharge in the cart.
When you add it to you cart, the surchage will add a few $ to your item price. For neckties, the surcharge doesn't add much (if anything... I forget how I set it up in the admin area and I'm at home today).
