I just wanted to say thank you all for your help in making a buddy's dream come true. Due to a higher than expected tax return, I was able to purchase a gift certificate from your store. Eric was kind enough to help me do this over the phone. I appreciate his patience with me, a guy who is not the most computer savvy. When my friend's email would not allow the certificate to come through to him, I called, and Eric once again helped me get a solution to the problem.

My colleague's face lit up like a kid waiting to open up his birthday present, and he nearly had a few tears in his eyes when he realized what the present was. It made my day, my week, and very possibly my year to do this for him. He placed his order this past Saturday. My buddy told me that you guys treated him right when he placed his order. I know he will be coming back some day to add more.
