    USA kilts

I just bought a Navy kilt from them today. Now I just can't wait to get it and wear it.

Like so many of us (former military) we couldn't resist getting a kilt representing our branch of service. Good for you. It will add a bit more swagger to the walk and then let you do your bragging if asked, "what tartan?"

I think you made a fine choice and you're gonna be really happy with it. I got a semi trad last fall and I love it. Outstanding workmanship and it fits perfectly.

You're going to love it. Now if we could just get a mill to weave USCG tartan in PV...

Thought they have it in PV?

    It's the Hamilton tartan.

It will look better when I am wearing my kilt and driving my '42 Willy's Navy jeep.

It's based on the Hamilton, but the blue is a different shade and the White is a different thread count. They are very similar. Alexander Hamilton was the father of our service. I've thought about getting one, the price is right and I love the one I have now. More kilts are a good thing.

Enjoy your kilt and be sure to post pics when you get it.

    Cheers

I have been thinking of ordering that one myself. Looking forward to seeing some pics when you get it.

Though I did not serve myself we are a navy household. Living next to the air force base does make for odd looks when we fly the Navy flag on the holidays along with the USA and Utah flags.
