Thumbs up What I've come to expect

I contacted Rocky because I had a concern over whether the encryption on his site was safe from the Heartbleed bug. His reply was very timely and he assured me that they were not affected. As long as I was exchanging emails with him, I asked if he had a pair of hose in which I am interested in stock. Again, his reply came right away and he said that he'd check and get back to me This was after 9:00 PM Eastern US time. Sure enough, he got back to me first thing the next morning. It turns out that they do not have my size in stock, but that they should have them soon.

This kind of prompt, personal and professional communication/customer service is what I have come to expect from Rocky and the folks at USA Kilts. When I complimented him on his level of service, he humbly replied "About our service... we just treat our customers the way we like to be treated."

It's one of the reasons they are a respected vendor on this forum and why I will continue to do business with them.

    Cheers to USA Kilts!

Can't agree with you more re your statements on service Mikilt. I had a issue during the week with a company I deal with. (not kilt related).
I need a email from them. I spoke to 17 of their staff over the week. From being told it could not be done, to it taking 24 - 72hrs, I received the email 3 minutes after I spoke to the last person. Needless to say they won't bother sending me the usual questionaire they send re my thoughts on their service.

If Rocky ever wanted a change in career, I would suggest that he should become a consultant for companies on how to do customer service the correct way. Cheers.

That statement sums it up. This is a mantra everyone should use regardless of your job or how you treat your fellow man/woman.

I love dealing with USAkilts. I use to do customer service training during my banking career. I also trained my children so they would be prepared when they got their first jobs. I have no qualms in walking out of a business due to poor customer service. I used to have a motivational poster for my trainees, It take's one minute to please a customer and 10 seconds to lose one.

Agreed. Nothing but good things to say about Rocky, his staff, and his products and services. Top notch all-around.

I rec'd my 8 yard premium LE memorial kilt from USA Kilts 2 days before I attended a formal dinner for the E Division RCMP Pipe band. I was almost tired of explaining the tartan and telling all that asked how great it is to deal with Rocky and his company after about the 10th person approached me wanting to know what it was and where I got it. Almost but not quite. I don't ever recall being so pleased with a purchase or the excellent service from any company I have dealt with before.
I'll not be lied to , stolen from or laid a hand upon. I do this to no man and I require the same in return.
