From 24 Hours to 24 years - Sober Kilting
I quit drinking 24 years ago today. Long before I took up the kilt. So, I've always kilted sober. Anyone who happened to know me in my drinking years (1949 to 1989) will tell you that for me to get sober, let alone stay sober, is a miracle of the highest order. I am most grateful to the old timers, so many now in the big meeting in the sky, who showed me the way a gutter drunk like me could maintain continuous sobriety.

Congratulations on your milestone Ron. From dealing professionally with people who have fought the same demons you have, I know what an amazing accomplishment that is.
Celebrate by buying yourself another kilt!

Crack me up dutchy.....celebrate victory over one addiction by feeding another addiction....at least kilt addiction isn't fatal...unless they all fall on you. And...I've been a "two hatter" for 20 years myself....so many die...
And Sydnie congrats to Bob, he got smarter sooner....
