Say hello to the newest member of the McDonald-Young clan Aoife (ee-fah) Maralynn! She was named in honor of here great great grandmother Effie Drury who made the trip from Ireland. Funny how much a name can change when you enter the sates, as the Americans didn't know how to pronounce Aoife, so she became Effie. And Maralynn was the spelling my grandmother prefered during the second half of here life, no immigration to blame just the mind of an eccentric woman! 6 pound 12 ounces and 19.5 inches long seems a tad light for the 36 hours of labor before my wife had to go the route of a ce-section.

Odd, no matter how hard I look at that little hand, I can't see Daddy wrapped around the little finger. He must be on the hand hidden by the blanket. Congratulations
All skill and effort is to no avail when an angel pees down your drones.
Very happy for the whole family! Well Done!
Congratulations and best wishes for you all!
