H.M. The Queen, Australia's Celebration Day
In Australia today, it is a public holiday to celebrate our Queens birthday. Although Her Majesty was born on 21 April, it has been celebrated in Australia on the second Monday in June since 1936 (prior to that it was on the actual birthday)
Happy Birthday your Most Gracious Majesty
God save the Queen

I just wish I was at home to have a day off.
God save the Queen... that feels wrong to me. While I like the Queen, I dont believe in God so it sounds off. What ever the agnostic equivelent is, that is what I mean.

Well, even if some cannot say “God save the Queen”, I will!
The Queen’s Birthday used to be a public holiday in South Africa, but the last time we observed it was in 1960.
Having been born a subject of George VI, I remain loyal to Queen Elizabeth, even though she had no connection at all with South Africa from 1961 to 1995, and now only bears the remote title Head of the Commonwealth with regard to this part of the globe.
Regards,
Mike
