    Happy Tartan Day!

It's 6 April. Tartan Day in the US (and elsewhere?)

I am kilted up in my Xmarks kilt from Freedom Kilts.

Anyone else acknowledging the day by wearing a kilt?

As soon as I get off the job site I will be. Happy tartan day. I know it's a bit of a drive but you should come to geneva tonight to the claddagh pub to celebrate. I'm trying last minute to get something going for my favorite holiday.

It is the same for me. I am not aware of any tartan day celebrations in England. given the history of the English, tartan wear, the Scots and the current political climate re. the referendum, I think it highly unlikely that any such celebrations will be officially recognised south of the border.
If you are going to do it, do it in a kilt!

After I left the beverage store (posted a photo on the other thread) I had a trip to Wal-Mart. Most are clueless here but had a few good chats.

Tartan Day may happen in Scotland somewhere, but I don't think so. It is certainly not something we celebrate in these parts.
