The Bishop of Huron announces:
1. Bishop Linda has accepted the retirement request of the Reverend William (Bill) White, effective April 1, 2018. Bill was ordained a deacon on June 4, 2008 and priested on November 27, 2008. He has served the parishes of St. John’s, Eastwood; Christ Church, Oxford Centre and St. Paul’s, Princeton and Trinity, Lambeth from where he will retire. Bill will be recognized with the other retirees at this year’s Synod.

Believe me, we leave Trinity and parish ministry with deep emotions. My congregations have embraced Liesel and me, and we have loved them in return.
We ask you to keep us in mind as we move into this new phase of life. We'll travel more, relax together, visit our family more easily, and continue to worship as we settle into a new parish home.
We offer our thanks for all of the love, encouragement, and support that has come our way and wish our congregations only the very, very, VERY best and every blessing always.
