    St Georges day

    well its that time of year again that i wish my southern neighbours all the best on St Georges day
    folk may not be celebrating like they do on other national saint days but either way i hope they enjoy the day with any family or friends

    and please folks lets not have this thread turn into a repeat of last years post we are all human at the end of the day

    Thank you as an man English by birth with Scots ancestry.

    My local authority is having a St. George's Day Parade in the town. After many complaints that they have other national/cultural celebration days but not English.

    So for " God, Harry and St. George"
    Schiehallion kilted and true
