Asheville wins "Beer City, USA"

Yes, for the second time in as many years Asheville NC has been voted "Beer City, USA" We now have 9 operating microbreweries, all putting out really splendid products. Prices are low, quality is high, we are happy.

Let the Pub Crawling begin!

Anyone wanting to visit A'ville and sample the local brews need only send me a PM and I'll be happy to show you around.

Weatherwise? Anytime of year! (I was born and raised in Asheville...)

Fall, when the leaves are changing. Or winter, when it snows. Spring's nice, too, while it's still cool and flowers are blooming. There's always summer, when a few festivals are going on. The really best time is after 6 o'clock.
